power button not working , vy ss auto

i am wondering how to fix the power button not working . there are no faults coming up on the instrument panel , the traction control still works . And I noticed about a week ago when I wanted to activate the power shift , it took like 3 taps on the button before the power shift activated and the " power shift " showed up on the instrument panel. Has anyone had this problem happen to them , and what fixed it ? I appreciate any help , thanks.

Thanks Gossie , are the button contacts under the centre console near the shifter ?

No idea...But under the power button would be a good place to start looking.

you gotta pull the centre console right out, its actually not too difficult

check the colour if youre just gonna buy another one (black or bronze)

Thanks for your help evBenji . will have to research if can buy new button or used .
