I have 2x PIONEER 12" TS-W309D4 Twin Subwoofers BOXED -2800w they'll be running both on 2 ohms and the amp I have only requires 3/4 the power to full run them. I'm not sure whether to get a 2 or 4 gauge kit, and what brand as I do not want to spend too much more on my system. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

What's the RMS power rating of the amp? Or just tell us the model.

You can use the quick reference table on this site to work out what gauge wiring you need.

Firstly the power handling of the speakers is useless info (and highly optimistic). Need to know rms output of amp as this is what is sucking the power.

But if only the one amp a 4 gauge kit will be more than adequate. Aerpro or Jaycar stuff is fine. There is little difference in it. Good connections/fuses/safety switch can be worth the money though.
