Replaced indicator stalk. fuses & globes all good. No turn signal

vt II V6 no Cruise Control.
Everything seems good but stalk clicks and no turn signal. Guessing it must be wiring

Has anyone encountered same/similar thing and how did you troubleshoot and fix?.

Yes hazard flasher works fine. all globes are good.

Was it working before you replaced the stalk?
If it was some of the Chinese stalks had wiring that was wrong or dodgy (allegedly)

it was NOT working which is why the stalk was replaced.
So indicator stops blinking. Troubleshoot sequence was as follows;
check globes. globes all good.
check fuses/relays. all good.
hazard flasher. all good.
steering column electrics. high beam from stalk. all good.
stalk replaced. problem not fixed.
What else can be done?

so when you try to indicate, globes light up but dont blink?
flasher relay inside bcm
do indicators blink when you lock/unlock car, (this may be a separate relay)

On the vt the flasher relay is under the dash with the fuses, top left.

There is also a flasher relay in the BCM for hazard and door lock functions.

I thought that was for the later model Commodores, as in ve?
