I've had https://www.mobilealloywheelrepairs.com.au out twice, the second time only about 9 months after the first ... I'd say it continued to look good for maybe 18 months after it was done. Suspect it depends on the paint used & the person doing the work.

Now I had a panel beater send a set of wheels off to "his guy" ... I never found out who it was, but it was a wheel refinishing specialist that wasn't mobile, who properly blast/clean & powdercoat & paint. That's stayed looking good as new for 3.5yrs thus far.

Barrel Bros has a good reputation, but they also have a dumb waiting-list. I called pre-pandemic to ask for a price (much much more than I paid the panel beater - even though there's every chance that's where he sent them) and a wait time (8 - 10 weeks after I dropped them off!!!!!!!).

listen to this guy, hit up a local panel beater. When I got mine redone they were taken off the vehicle, tyre removed wheel repaired and baked to be like new - ended up costing LESS than mobile guys, still going several years later.
