Hey cbr1234mike,
In regards to installing a cam I would get a hold of a workshop manual for your car, study it and take as much time you need when installing it avoid rushing the work. Rushing normally leads to costly mistake in the case especially during removal and installation of the cam, such as nicking a cam bearing with a cam lobe (not good!). Make sure you have a large, clean, organised workspace such that you easily know where everything else goes back.
I'm sure they may be others who may be able to offer additional specific advice, however what I've written above assuming you have a good mechanical aptitude and have had some experience with these engines before
BTW have replied to your emails
Cheers,
Steve
