[308] supercharging laws nsw

just wondering if anybody knows if it is at all legal to bolt on a y/t supercharger kit to a standard 96 vs efi 5ltr holden ute with no mods done to the engine other than extractors and a 3" exhaust as i tried to get a pink slip and he told me i need an engineers roport done to get my slip,sounds like crap to me? done a bit of research and as far as i can tell its perfectly legal. Any help would be handy. thanks guys

pretty sure he's on the money, any mods to the intake will need an engineer.
i mean, if putting a supercharger on the top doesn't need engineering, what would?

ive been told by an authorised inspector in NSW you need an EPA emissions test, a sound test involving a static and drive-by and an engineers report to make it legal...

Yella terra surely did all these tests before marketing the blower kit. I'd call them and see if they can supply you with the documentation you need.
