Damage or Damaged ?
Modifications ?,
Has there been ANY work done on it recently ?,

Driven through flood water/s ?,

It does sound like a common denominator !

Or

I recently replaced the timing chain and i also discovered that EMIS 1 fuse keeps on blowing, could be a short in the system somewhere. I am still yet to figure out the camshaft positioning codes. On startup the car runs and revs fine

Any wires or cables been damaged or crushed when re-assembling ?,
Part of the fault sounds like a ground connection issue,

will definitely need to check it out, it could be a possibility. i will give a update after diagnosing these issues that i am having. so you think it wouldn't be a issue with the timing chain or alignment with it? i would definitely hear it if it was a issue right?

These fault codes indicate that your ve commodore has some issues with its emission system, intake manifold, and variable valve timing system. You should have your car checked by a professional mechanic as soon as possible to avoid further damage and ensure optimal performance.
