VF SS Ute

[VFSS]

Hey guys,
First post on here..

Took delivery of my new VF SS Ute this week. Couldn't justify paying the extra $ for the V or the redline.
6sp Manual.

Current mods:
- 20" Vertini Monaco wheels
- Lowered on Pedder's coils.

Soon to happen mods:
- Black fenders
- Hard lid (not totally sure on which style to go)
- Painted hubs/calipers
- Smoked tail lights
- Full 3" exhaust system

This is her thus far - Stoked with the couple of mods I have done already and can't wait to keep them coming!

Nice mate,real nice...every time I see one of you buggers with heron paint/black rims I revisit changing my out lol.

Personally im still not sold on the hard lid option on a white ute.

Here is some updated photos of the ute now.

Since my last post I have replaced the side fenders with black, carbon fibre wrapped side mirrors & gotten the HSV Maloo sailplanes and hard cover on

Starting to stand out from your ordinary SS ute now, and I'm loving it

Hi VFSS,

Just wondering what tyres you put on? I struggled to find something load rated in a 20" for an SS. I ended up going for the highest load rated I could find that my insurance company was going to be happy with.

The tyres I have are fine in the dry, but dead set dangerous in the wet and will be looking for something different as soon as I am able to wear them out enough to justify the upgrade.
