i used a 22 open ended, didnt need to spray WD as they werent on that tight.
as dirb said, if you have the tools already, i wouldnt waste money buying more tools.
and if your replacing the old one and its really stuck cut the cable off and slip the ring end over the entire o2 sensor
But yea i've only ever used a spanner for every o2 i've ever changed including a few VEs
