Regular unleaded.
I don't see the point in using premium.
i agree totally. my parents have a vr and only ever use regular unleaded. power increases, and the fact that it's nicer to the car, wouldn't bother me. regular is fine. im not saying that u shouldn't use premium, im just stating why i wouldn't use it.
:)

the old love machine seems to eat whatever i feed it.... its less picky than the missus!
I've never noticed much of a difference using high octance fuels. Might be that the old girls a bit old and tired, she doesn't want to be used as a drag king anymore.

Maybe in a new car its more noticeable???? (the difference between high & low octane fuels?)

I use Premium, seems to show a small difference over the regular stuff :) Using caltex vortex at the moment, might have to try some BP ultimate that everyone seems to rave about.

I usually use 98 optimax but lately I’ve switched to 100 octane Optimax Extreme with ethanol. It runs so much betta.

I run either Shell 95 octane or Mobil 8000 whatever servo comes up first really. She pings on crap 91 octane and I ain't gonna spend my hard earned cash for knock sensors.
