sorry for the late response but I don't log in often.
what have you done? the blank bolt will not be the problem, it must be something to do with the valve body position or the dipstick or tube placement, are you sure you replaced everything correctly.
2litres of fluid is not enough.
no drive in any range= low fluid level, incorrect fluid type, or incorrectly adjusted slector linkage.
