MACE

Gday mate, is it worth putting the mace cold air intake kit on a 5 litre clubsport? Or is the standard hsv intake already inproved on a standard 5 litre?

Do mace do installations for the cai or can you reccomend anyone to install this for me as I am useless when it comes to doing anything mechanically.

I'm about to buy one of your CAI for a V6 VU, I'm tossing up between the 'black box with clear lid' and the new 'clear box and clear lid'. Would there be any difference between the two? Even with sound? (more sound the better)

hey mate, i have a 2001 manual, vu v6 ecotec ute. which is all stock apart from 2.5 cat back and cai. it has terrible low end torque and have been looking threw thread after thread after thread! and have come to the conclusion that you guys seem to have an awesome reputation and i would like to start investing in your products, but.. i was wandering if it would be possible for you to line me up a shopping list to start haha... this is what i think from looking on the threads..i have about $500... 25mm manifold insulator 12mm plenum spacer which will take me to 370 but not to sure what else i could go for? maybe throttle body? or do i have to wait untill i have done some larger mods to see benefit of this, or should i just scrap the spacers and get the high ratio roller rockers? ( ive only just come off my p's) but my dad and brother are mechanics so no problems with fitting. i would just like a power plan for the car so were to start and so on? cheers mate, luke ball
