Update…..

Well after so long of saving and paying off I Picked up a major part of the VL……… Got my TO4 Turbo and my Manifold with a 38mm TurboSmart External Waste Gate, I’m hoping this Weekend they will make their way onto the car…….

Once it’s on all I need is the Front pipe which will be a 3” Pacemaker one, Some Fluids and a Tank of Petrol and it shouldn’t be too far from being able to turn ova and fire…….

Are you getting the piping High Temp Coated? Will finish of the detail you have gone to on the rest of the engine.

looks to be a decent size, going to weld up the internal waste gate?

yer the internal gate will be welded up and yer all the cooler piping will be painted

With my old T3 highflow on the wagon all they did was got a big spring from where the internal gate was and hooked it onto internal gates flap so it was always shut.... Dodgey but worked fine.

Well today after work and after having a little sleep, i went out to the car to do some work......... Was going to put the turbo onto the manifiold up untill i came to my 1st little problem....... The turbo is just a little too big and hits a tab thing on the manifold, its and easy fix just rip out the grinder and grind away........ so ill borrow a grinder from my mate tomorrow and i will fix it. took some pic's of it.....

hows about a spacer??? as in like a flange between manifold and turbs just to space it a bit??
or will it not work as in the shape is off.
man u gotta do a vid of this thing when u fire it up the first time..
should be good...
