See these big chonkas? Jalapeño, cheese and lean beef sausages.
I am dead set addicted to these. A particular Northern Perth butcher does these. Their most popular sausage.

I have never in my life eaten a sausage as good as these. A bit of heat but not too much. Just right.

We did have a 4th packet, smoked cheesy breakfast type sausage but we already (I mean I.....) already ate those.
