Looks like it's most likely a T56 going by the link to that rebuild manual posted.

I'll need a camera I reckon to read the TUET number. No room to try and get a photo like I had hoped I could.

Garage told me today my box is a 6060. I suspect its a late T56 non-slip yoke, which may be why he thinks its a 6060. Unfortunately he had it back in before I could write down the all-telling TUET number to give to Mal Wood. Something to add to my confusion. Shame because I'd like to know 100%.
